Christopher Eilersen, M.D. is a board certified family medicine physician. He attended medical school at Oregon Health and Sciences University. He completed residency in family medicine at The Washington Hospital in Washington, Pennsylvania.
Professionally, he is a member of Oregon Medical Association, American Medical Association and American Academy of Family Practice. Personally, he enjoys scuba diving, kayaking, camping and fishing. He also loves spending time with his wife, two children and their three dogs.

Jon Winjum, M.D. is a board certified family medicine physician. He attended the University of Iowa College of Medicine. He then attended residency at Broadlawn’s Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. He then moved to Oregon and started at the Oregon City Family Practice Clinic in October of 1996.
Professionally, he is a member of the Oregon Medical Association, American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Medicine. He has been president of the medical staff at Willamette Falls Hospital and then served on the board of directors. Personally, he enjoys scuba diving, flying, hiking and sports, especially Iowa Hawkeye Football. He and his wife have four great children.

Jeffrey W. Young, D.O. is a board certified family practice doctor of osteopathic medicine. He is a graduate of the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Eastmoreland Hospital in Portland, Oregon.
Professionally, he is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons of Oregon, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and is a past president of the Northwest Osteopathic Medical Foundation. Personally, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter, traveling, outdoor activities, coaching various teams for his kids, and flying radio-controlled helicopters.
He enjoys a full scale of family medicine, including spinal manipulation. He is also DOT certified.
Sarah Kalina, FNP is a board certified family nurse practitioner. A native Oregonian, she began her education at Oregon State University and graduated from the nursing program at Oregon Health and Sciences University (OHSU) in 2002. She worked in the intensive care unit and emergency room before and while attending OHSU where she received her Masters in Nursing with honors in 2006.
Professionally, she is a member of the Oregon Nurse’s Association, Nurse Practitioners of Oregon and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She enjoys mentoring future nurse and nurse practitioner students and volunteering at local free clinics. Personally, she enjoys running, cycling, and spending time with her husband and daughter, who are all avid Oregon State College Football fans.
She has a special interest in women’s health care specifically disease prevention, menstrual abnormalities and family planning.
Ashley Cooley, FNP is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She graduated from Linfield College of Nursing in 1998. She then completed her Master's in Nursing at Oregon and Health and Science University in 2006. She has worked in Maternity Nursing and Student Health at the University level. Prior to joining Oregon City Family Practice she was the Director of Portland State University's (PSU) Student Health Services. At PSU she had a mix of patient care and administrative roles. Her main interest has always been in family practice, which is why she joined Oregon City Family Practice.
Professionally, she is a member of Oregon Nurses Association, Nurse Practitioners of Oregon and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Personally, she enjoys gardening, outdoor activities, sports, traveling and spending time with her husband, daughter and dog. Her particular areas of interest are preventative medicine and women's health.
Jonathan H, Aebischer FNP is a board certified family nurse practitioner. A native Portland Oregonian, Jonathan began his nursing career through Portland Community College, graduating in 2006. Working in intensive care for years thereafter, he continued his education, graduating with honors from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) with a Master's in Nursing in 2015, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2016. He completed his clinical residency at OHSU Family Medicine. Jonathan enjoys a full spectrum of family medicine and has interests in preventative health care and evidence-based practice.
Professionally, Jonathan is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Oregon Nurses Association, Nurse Practitioners of Oregon, American Nurses Association. Personally, he enjoys running, bicycling, backpacking, traveling, and spending time with his family.
